General Information:
All students interested in participating in school athletics must upload a VHSL physical to the Rank One site/app.
VHSL physicals are valid for 14 months after the date provided on the physical.
Students without a VHSL physical in Rank One or students with an expired physical are not eligible to participate in any team activities - this includes, but is not limited to out-of-season conditioning/workouts, tryouts, practice, games, competitions, etc.
