State Required Physical Fitness Tests
All Forest Middle School students will be participating in the Fitnessgram physical fitness tests in August. We will also be entering the heights and weights of each student into the Welnet database. All students’ BMI will be automatically calculated and available to each parent online. To help prepare your students for these tests please encourage them to be active even on their non-physical education days and especially on the weekends.

A copy of our newsletter is available by clicking here.  This letter explains the student expectations and grading procedures for physical education at FMS.
