To reach any counselor by phone, please call the FMS main number, (434) 525-6630.  You will be able to select which grade level counselor you would like to speak with.  We are in and out of our offices throughout the day, so we will respond to messages as soon as possible.

In case of a mental health emergency (suicidal thoughts, self injury, etc.), please do not wait for a school counselor to respond.  Please dial 911, visit your nearest emergency room, or contact Horizon Behavioral Health at 434-477-5000 (after-hours emergency line 434-522-8191).
